INTERPRETATION
In these standard terms and conditions of contract:-
  • the headings to the clauses are for reference purposes only and shall  not aid in the interpretation of the clauses to which they relate;
  • unless the context clearly indicates a contrary intention, words importing one gender includes the other two genders, the singular includes the plural and vice-versa, and natural persons include created entities ( corporate or incorporate ) and vice-versa;
  • Res24Seven and MT Beds means MT Beds (Pty) Limited trading as either MT Beds or Res24Seven. “the client” means the person / s named on the reservation form ( whether it be a provisional or confirmed reservation form ) and who contracts with Res24Seven on the terms and conditions hereunder. The client shall also include any agent who makes any booking of third party clients in respect of a reservation. Such agent, as well as the persons named on the provisional and the confirmed reservation form, shall be jointly and severally liable to Res24Seven for the performance of their obligations in terms of these standard trading conditions, as well as any contract / s made pursuant thereto;
  • “services” means the provision of accommodation and activities for the client. Such services include, but shall not be limited to the procurement by Res24Seven, acting solely as agent for the client, with third party service providers, of hotel, lodge, backpackers’ and bed and breakfast accommodation, National Park Reservations, car hire and transfer reservations, air charter reservations, the procurement of reservations with any air or land carriers, scheduled departure safari reservations, set departure tour reservations, day tours, excursions and adventure activities reservations, and shall include any other services incidental to the a foregoing.
USER AGREEMENT
This website is offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
RES24SEVEN
This website is powered by Res24Seven. Res24Seven is a South African based reservation systems company that is 59% owned by Cendant, a Fortune 200 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Res24Seven provides the back-end reservation engine that allows real time reservations to be made on this site. All deposits are paid to the establishments via Res24Seven. Once a credit card payment has been authorised, Res24Seven receives the deposit and guarantees your deposit payment to the establishment. Res24Seven makes use of the Better View payment switch to ensure that all credit card transactions occur in an encrypted format using SSL technology. This payment switch has been security certified by our acquiring bank, Standard Bank.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Bookings will only be confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total amount due has been received. This deposit is payable by credit card at the time of making the reservation and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Bookings made within 21 days of travel will be subject to full payment at time of making the booking.

All deposits are paid to the establishments via Res24Seven. Once a credit card payment has been authorised, Res24Seven receives the deposit and guarantees your deposit payment to the establishment. Res24Seven makes use of the Better View payment switch to ensure that all credit card transactions occur in an encrypted format using SSL technology. This payment switch has been security certified by our acquiring bank, Standard Bank.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance of the amount owing will be deducted from your credit card by the relevant establishment/s 30 days prior to arrival at the establishment.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received more than three weeks prior to departure will incur loss of the non-refundable deposit as specified above. Cancellations received less than 3 weeks prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

AMENDMENT FEES
Once a booking has been made, any change may be subject to a communications fee of R40 per change. Once documents have been issued, any change may be subject to an administration fee of R100 in addition to communications charges.
INSURANCE
All clients are STRONGLY URGED to take out adequate insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event of a traveller becoming ill during a tour, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveller’s responsibility and they shall not be entitled to any refund, either total or partial, of money paid.
PRICES
Res24Seven reserves the right to amend and increase any quotation, even after acceptance by the client, in the event of any adverse currency fluctuations, increases in Government or Statutory levies and increases levied by third party suppliers and establishments.
OPERATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY
Res24Seven and/or its agents, act only as agents for the various companies and establishments featured on this website and it will not be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident or irregularity which may be occasioned through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets, confirmations or coupons are issued.
WARRANTIES
There is no warranty that any information or service provided or referenced by this site is either merchantable or accurate, that such information or service will fulfil any of your particular purposes or needs, or such that information or service does not infringe on any third party rights. Except for any express warranties stated on this site, if any, the information and services provided or referenced on this site are provided "as is" and with all faults, and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with the user. So, while MT Beds and Res24Seven use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the MT Beds site, MT Beds and Res24Seven make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. MT Beds and Res24Seven may periodically add, change, or improve any of the information, products, services, programs, and technology described on the MT Beds site without notice. MT Beds and Res24Seven assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the this site. MT Beds and Res24Seven shall not be responsible and disclaim all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or inconsequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to the use of or reliance upon any information, links or service provided through this website or any agent of MT Beds and Res24Seven.

We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
PRIVACY POLICY
During the booking process we require certain information to enable us to confirm your reservation, process payment and e-mail you the confirmation. This information is always passed through our secure portal using the secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Similarly, the safeguarding of our data is critical to our business and we have taken all steps necessary to ensure that our databases are not compromised by unlawful or malicious entry.

MT Beds and Res24Seven do not share customer information with other parties under any circumstances other than what is required to process your credit card payment!
SECURE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Choosing credit card as the form of payment through our website is a secure way to pay for your reservation.

As mentioned above all transactions are conducted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your credit card details are never stored by us, but are passed on to the acquiring bank via a payment switch in an encrypted format, again using SSL technology. The payment switch has been security certified by our acquiring bank. A padlock symbol ( ) indicates that you are on a page(s) that have been secured using SSL technology.
